Welcome to Big Bad Batch, your wardrobe away from wardrobe.

First-time renter? Fear not, follow these simple steps to make sure your experience is up to scratch.

  1. Browse our website for your next look. Garments are curated by size & type. Each product page contains information relevant to the garment. Not 100% comfortable renting without trying on first? Book a 30min Try on session or an hour Consultation By Big Bad Wolf at our Sandton, Johannesburg based Studio.
  2. Our calendar function allows you to choose when your garment arrives. Bookings can be made for 48 Hours time, provided that the order is placed before 12 pm. You can book a garment months in advance too.
  3. Remember that our rental period is inclusive – the four days you have the item includes the delivery & return days. We don’t deliver on weekends, so it’s best to receive the garment on the Friday before your weekend event. No collections will be made on Sundays so if you rent a garment for the Thursday, we will collect on the Monday- Extra day on us.
  4. Our standard rental period is 4 days. If you want to hold onto the garment a little longer be sure to email hey@bigbadbatch.co.za before the end of your rental period.
  5. Please be kind to our boxes.
  6. You will find a Return waybill alongside your garment. DO NOT THROW THIS AWAY as its the only way for the garment to get back home.
  7. On the final day the garment must be folded and placed back into the box with the Return waybill attached to the outside of the box.
  8. Your rented garment will be collected from the same address at the end of your 4-day rental period. Our collection time is between 08:00 & 14:30. Please ensure you are reachable & the parcel is ready anytime on the rental day.
  9. All our items will be professionally cleaned using eco-friendly detergents & practices. Please do not try cleaning our garments.
  10. Contact us within 2-4 hours of receiving the garment if there seems to be any issue.
  11. If you would like to return your order, please let us know within 2-4 hours of delivery of the garment by emailing Hey@bigbadbatch.co.za. We will provide a gift-card to the value of the rental amount, minus the delivery cost.
  12. We take all major credit cards through our payment merchant partner, Paygate. When checking out, we will automatically create a user account for you.
  13. All our rental fees include an Oopsie-Daisy insurance that has you covered in the case of losing a button, broken strap or minor spillage. However, if a garment is damaged beyond repair or is in need of specialised cleaning, please let us know IMMEDIATELY via Hey@bigbadbatch.co.za.
